Psychotherapist

As a psychotherapist, my goal at New York Integrative Psychiatry is to cultivate a collaborative therapeutic container for clients to feel safe, seen, heard, and understood, all while healing, growing, and embracing all parts of themselves.

  • Radhalisa Zarzuela is a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor, fluent in both Spanish and English. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a Master’s degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University Steinhardt.

Radhalisa has extensive experience working with survivors of intimate partner and domestic violence, teen dating violence, and other forms of gender-based trauma. She has also supported individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and personality disorders.

Her approach to therapy is warm, relational, and client-centered. Radhalisa integrates an anti-oppressive lens with Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to create an open, collaborative, and healing space.
