Jenna Burr, LCSW

She / Her

Psychotherapist

I prioritize showing up as a human first and therapist second. I will laugh and cry alongside you as we navigate whatever emerges. It is within relationships that we are often wounded, and it is within healthy, trusting connections that we can repair and heal.

  • Jenna is a licensed psychotherapist dedicated to guiding individuals toward inner peace and fulfillment. With a master’s degree from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Social Service, she has spent over a decade empowering people from diverse backgrounds to reconnect with their authentic selves. She began her career working closely with individuals in underserved communities across New York City, where she witnessed firsthand the limitations of traditional, pathologizing systems. This experience sparked her curiosity and passion for holistic healing approaches—ones that address the whole person and target root causes, rather than merely masking symptoms.

As a certified psychedelic-assisted therapist, Jenna is passionate about integrating modern science with ancient wisdom to foster a more meaningful and effective response to today’s mental health crisis. She has extensive training and experience in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), as well as advanced training in sensorimotor psychotherapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and yoga. She believes the therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone of healing and creates a safe, supportive space through warmth, compassion, and humor, inviting clients to embark on their own unique journeys.

Grounded in a strong spiritual foundation, Jenna empowers individuals to unearth the wisdom that lies within. She specializes in healing attachment wounds through reparative connection and increasing awareness of how trauma is stored in the body. Her approach blends modern therapeutic modalities with holistic practices, honoring the sacred connection between mind, body, and spirit.

Jenna is a feeler, a thinker, and a lifelong student. She feels most alive when dancing, doodling, sleeping under the stars, singing Broadway show tunes, hiking, and gazing lovingly into the eyes of her dog, Goose.
